Homogenous dark-blue powder.
The constant rate of Sodium Mercaptide oxidation reaction is
>150000/s.
Content of sulfoxy acids in Co Phthalocyanine molecule not less than 50%.
Water insolubles less than 2%.
Water content less than 3%.
This compound is a catalyst for removal of mercaptans from oils, light oils and gases. It is also used for purification of sulfur containing aqueous alkaline condensates and ground waters, aiding in removal of hydrogen sulfide, sulfides, hydrosulfides and sodium mercaptides.
